Mickey's Revolt
Anaheim, CA. Yesterday, in a shocking turn of events, Mickey Mouse announced a worker uprising and general strike at Disneyland. Walking hand in hand with his wife Minnie, and dressed in denim overalls, Mr. Mouse led a long procession of characters, including Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Donald and Daisy Duck, Cinderella, Tinker Bell, Goofy, Pluto, and thousands of other Disney employees down Main Street and out the entrance to Disneyland. “We’ve had enough,” he said, when confronted by reporters. “Though we’ve made a lot of people very wealthy,” he continued in his high-pitched voice, “the Disney Corporation doesn’t seem to understand that whether you’re a princess, a mermaid, a wizard, or a fairy, whether you’re a mouse, a dog, a duck or an elephant, everyone deserves respect and equality under the law, and all of us have the right to express ourselves freely. This cowardly attempt to censor and remove Jimmy Kimmel is both an insult to our democracy and a threat to us all. If we don’t stand up for what’s right, next they’ll come for Stan, Kyle, Eric and Kenny.”

President Donald Trump on Thursday told reporters that “we just have to beat the hell” out of “radical left lunatics,” following the killing of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk.
The president, speaking on the South Lawn of the White House as he was heading to New York City, was responding to a reporter who asked what the president’s message was to conservatives who feel targeted by “radical groups.”
Trump, who also had some more measured comments about Kirk’s killing during the roughly 10-minute exchange with reporters, said: “We have to be brave in life, in all fairness, we have a life. I probably shouldn't be out here talking to you in all fairness but we will be brave. And we have a great country. We have radical left lunatics out there and we just have to beat the hell out of them."
On Thursday morning, Trump announced that he would posthumously award Kirk the medal of freedom.
How current. Like the ending touch alluding to South Park.
